The entire staff, especially the young man at check-in, went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. He even offered us drinks from the bar at reasonable prices. However, parking was an issue. Despite the hotel not being at full capacity, we struggled to find a spot late at night, which was inconvenient after a long day. The room felt a bit small and lacked a coffee maker or microwave, forcing us to head to the lobby for these essentials. The new remodeling looked great, but the bed was harder than I prefer, and the noise from the freeway was noticeable, especially in the accessible rooms.

The noise from the freeway can be seriously distracting!!! Parking can get congested, making it a hassle to find a spot. The lack of in-room coffee makers is a real inconvenience!!! Limited cable channels were disappointing too!!!

We enjoyed playing games in the lobby after visiting the adventure park and local shopping spots. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Remember to check out the game area. it’s a fun way to unwind after a long day!
